My journey began in the world of health and fitness, where I have spent 18+ years as a personal trainer helping women feel amazing in their bodies. But I’ve always believed that enjoying life’s sweeter moments matters too.
From my farmhouse kitchen, I now bake small-batch cookies made with carefully chosen, organic ingredients—free from anything artificial or unnecessary. Salt and Light Cookie Co. was created to offer treats you can trust and truly enjoy, without compromise. We deserve better...and so do our kids!
Spreading joy through the powerful gut-brain axis is a necessity and I am here for all the smiles and happy dances!
